hello world!

ya ya ya, i've neglected my blog, again.

but its not my fault. there's so much work to do with quizzes and tests every week and the fast-upcoming exams, i hardly had time or mood to blog. well let me get started before i forget what to blog about haha.

5th Feb:

the goons, plus my sweetie nabby, mas and marlina, had a little birthday dinner for fariz at swensens', changi airport. had fun the whole night! well, nabby and i came early and got some "dating-time" walking around the airport after some heck of a busy week. the food was good, of course and there were nice chats and laughters throughout. i would also like to thank this waitress who gave us free ice-cream and discounted our bill when she learned that we were celebrating someone's birthday. the best part of it was when all of us raised our voice to sing happy birthday for fariz together with some of the waitresses. dang, it felt good to go crazy!haha. and the whole of swensens' was looking at us. hmm, nabby had to go off early as she's going out with her family. wished she could stay longer. but we didnt stay that long after she left though.

the trademark of the goons, indecisive and last minute plans. we seriously cant decide where to go after that. after mas and marlina went off, we took the train towards joo koon, still not knowing where to go. we kept talking crap, go joo koon lah, ghost hunting lah and more that i cant recall. so in the end, we, or rather they, decided to alight at paya lebar. where to?.......karaoke -.- hahaha. i've never ever done it before neither do i intend to. but i got no choice. just go with the flow and hope its good. well let me cut it short and sweet. IT WAS FUN!hahaha. i never thought i'd say this, but it was, seriously. one hour felt like just 10mins. i had a really good time. singing songs and at times laughing at jufri's "whammy-voice". you know, when your voice kinda screech for a moment and you dont see it coming or do anything to stop it hahaha.

13th feb:

alhamdulillah, its our 1 and a half year together. yes, there's been tears. but most of it was smiles, laughter and joy. we live together, we cry together, we laugh together, we go through challenges together, we stare at each other and smile, we go crazy together, we study together, we love each other and accept each other weaknesses together. wah, lots of together huh haha. well, it takes two obviously. alhamdulillah, we've made it here and insyaallah there's more to come. so, let's get back to the story, we had a little picnic as a 'mini-celebration'. we dont really celebrate every month like some couples do. we only do it once every six months. just to make it more meaningful maybe. so, we bought macdonald's breakfast and made our way to bedok reservoir park. found a nice windy spot, laid our mat and had our breakfast there before relaxing, reading newspaper together and singing some songs. its a good therapy after having such a busy and stressful week to unwind very close to nature. oh, and i also got to reveal a song i wrote for her, in other words. i surprised myself actually when she teared while i was playing and singing it. alhamdulillah, she liked it. well, i wont post the lyrics here HA!HA! but its basically like this - be my first, be my last. ok, revealed too much already haha. well, its obvious right from those four words, for those who dont know me, that she is the first ever girlfriend that i have and i really pray that she would also be the last, insyaallah. so ya, i'm not sure how good it was, but she liked it. that's what that meant most.

14th feb:

had sambateria meeting cum surya birthday surprise at kebab station, east coast park. its the first ever time that i did most of the planning for a band member's birthday. got the napkin, got the cake and also decided on the place. the band meeting was good. discussed lots of stuffs. then after that, we surprised surya with her birthday cake. well, she said she expected something cos she knew we would celebrate everyone's birthday haha. HAPPY BIRTHDAY once again PUAN FINANCE! thank you so much for being like a sister to me, sharing your philosophical ideas or thoughts. you might not realize it. but some of them kinda gave me motivation. and also thank you so much for your great contribution to the band. i wish you could be back, playing with us. but its ok, at least you are still part of the band, though not playing with us. do drop by our practices or shows when you are free! oh, and she also got a gift from one of the workers at kebab station. ajey jey!hahaha.

THANK YOU KEBAB STATION FOR YOUR WONDERFUL SERVICES! they were cool, funny people and they offer very very good food. they didnt hesitate when i asked if they could help me hide the birthday cake for a while. they provided us with plates and forks to eat the cake. and i didnt even ask them for that. they never failed to serve with their sense of humour. dang, i'm surely going there again!

so i guess that's about all that i have to share for now. just had PIA test yesterday which went quite good. but i dont dare to be confident, cos it kills me haha. three more papers next week and i'm on for the holidays. looking forward to seoul garden-ing with the class next friday! i hope my wish of intensive gym during the holidays would happen! teddy, i hope you're reading this ;) oh, thanks for teaching me the full-body sit-up. i'm working on it!

oh ya, enjoy the muse songs on my playlist! the best live band in the world, trust me. if you dont, tell me. i'll lend you the dvd and you'll love them for sure. its sad that i had to miss their concert :( its ok, hope they'll come back!
